Tag Rugby Festival
On Thursday 7th November, eight Year 3 and Year 4 children took part in a tag rugby festival at Dorchester Rugby Club alongside other schools from the Weymouth and Dorchester area.
The children learnt a range of skills needed for tag rugby and some of the rules needed to play the game.
The children had never played rugby before and they all came away wanting to play again!
They all showed such huge progress in only a few hours - losing the 1st game, drawing the next game and then going on to win the last 3 games!
They also showed a great amount of perseverance and respect - two of our school values. Frome Valley are very proud of every single one of you! Well done!
