This term, in Numeracy, we have been learning how to add. We began by using classroom objects to show 'more' objects being added e.g. 'There are 4 cars in the car park then 3 more arrived. How many cars are there now?' We then moved on to using a rekenrek to represent the cars. We finally wrote the number equation on our whiteboards.
